Free vs premium
Free
Reply to messages, send winks, likes and meets, favorite other members, keep a profile with photos, and block unwanted contact.
Premium
Everything in free, plus starting new conversations, seeing who's viewed you, and unlimited message storage with folders.
Your membership lasts as long as you want to keep your profile - it isn't a trial. Registration is quick: fill out the short sign-up form and your profile goes live right away.
Managing your account
From your account settings you can update your location, birth date, email and password. Your username can't be changed once it's set. To change your password, enter your current password, then your new one twice, and save.
Subscriptions and payments
We accept major credit and debit cards. When you subscribe, the billing descriptor shown on your card statement may differ from the site name - note it so you recognize the charge. Your premium membership renews automatically at the standard rate until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your membership page, and your premium features stay active through the end of the paid period.
Membership questions
- How do free trials work?
- Setting up a trial asks for payment details and a plan that begins automatically when the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends if you don't want to be charged.
- Can I delete my profile and come back later?
- Yes. You can delete your profile from your membership page. If you were a member in good standing, you can reactivate later by logging back in and your previous profile is restored.
- What is your refund policy?
- Refunds are limited to the circumstances described in our Terms of Service. By making a payment you accept this policy.
